She knows her stuff about storage space verses storage items and is always willing to discuss it with you to make sure you get the “right fit” for your needs. The units are very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

I asked for a letter to provide to my insurance (we have coverage through our renters insurance) and the manager refused. Don rent a unit here unless you want your stuff ruined. Edit: To top it off, I just looked they’re increasing my monthly rate again! Seems like every few months they jack the rate up Edit 2: It gets even better. I called the number in the Google review reply and the store manager brushed me off and told me to call their corporate “representatives.” What a joke of customer service!
