  Greg is a good man that cares about his customers. I was a bit on the “high maintenance” side but Greg and his team had patience with me and I am a completely satisfied customer. I have a gorgeous swim spa in a perfect spot with a perfect cover.

  Greg at Red Rock Spa was amazing and he directed us to what we were wanting for our smaller backyard. We went with the swim spa with divided hot tub and swim area and it is perfect as you can control the temperatures to your liking. Also, we purchased a cold plunge and it has worked terrific and both have solid insulated covers that aren’t cheaply made. Greg coordinated everything and worked with Aridscape landscaping to make the backyard ascetically pleasing. We are very happy and I highly recommend Greg and Red Rock Spas of St George! Thank you!

  We had a great experience working with Cole at Red Rock Spas. Cole guided us through the process from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, listened to understand our priorities and then help us identify the best spa to meet our needs and fit in our space. It's worth noting that he took the time to drive to our house in Hurricane to make sure the model we wanted would work. The installation guys were great and totally helped us prep the space and get everything squared away. We needed electrical work done and that crew was great too. Cole also returned to assist with questions and then handled a couple of maintenance items while we were out of town. If you're looking for a spa, look no further than Red Rock Spas. And ask for Cole!

  My husband and I purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub, Clearlight sauna and several other items from Red Rock Spas in St. George. We are very happy with the quality of the items and the service we received. We enjoyed getting to know Greg, the store manager, and found him to be very helpful as we transformed our backyard area into a lovely retreat. Greg made visits to our home to make sure everything was working properly. He patiently helped us learn how to use and care for our equipment. When a miscommunication with an installer occurred, he stood behind everything we were promised and made things right. We are loving our new backyard sanctuary, and can truly say that our lives have changed for the better. Thank you, Red Rock Spas! Highly recommended!

  Our experience with Red Rock Spa and in particular Greg was tremendous. Customer service was exemplary. We purchased a hot tub, sauna, fire pit, cold plunge and BBQ island from Red Rock Spa. Greg visited our home several times to make sure we were satisfied with the products and the installation. There was a bit of a glitch in connecting the fire pit and BBQ island to the natural gas line but Greg made sure things were satisfactorily resolved. We could not be more pleased with how things worked out. We would not hesitate to recommend Greg and Red Rock Spa to anyone looking for high quality products/equipment, professionalism and expertise.
