He even checked on our spa while we were out of town and got the chemicals just right and the spa water clean and ready for us to return to. We also got a follow up call from the main office which was nice and helpful. We are loving our spa and the great service. Thank you Red Rock Spas. Ya’ll are rock stars !

I worked with Greg, and he is everything a salesperson should be. There was zero high-pressure sales. He genuinely listened to my concerns, wants, and needs, and helped me find the perfect tub for me. What really impressed me was that Greg didn’t disappear after the sale. He came out during the install to make sure everything was going smoothly, checked that I was happy, and even made sure the crew was taken care of. That kind of service is rare. I also want to thank the install crew for going over everything with me and being so professional, friendly and informational. Cassidy, Anthony and Alex. I absolutely love my hot tub, but what stands out most is how smooth, stress-free, and positive the entire experience was from start to finish. Greg is not only great at his job — he’s an incredible person. Thank you to Red Rock Spas for making this such a great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
