  I do not recommend this service. The technician botched the key work and refused to take responsibility. I lost my money—it is a scam.

  Scam artists! When I called to set up an appointment for services, I asked if they were authorized To change out locks on mailboxes. Whoever answered the phone lied and said they were authorized by the post office to change mailbox locks. Eyal Zilbershtain showed up an hour late, drilled holes through two mailbox locks, Damaging the doors on both of them. Did not install new locks, said he would meet me at my office to drop off the keys. I had an appointment to get too so I paid him. And then he just drove off. No new locks no new keys. When I called KeyMe to have them send him back out they told me that they would contact him and to sit by my phone. It has been two hours. I have not received a single phone call email or text message saying that this issue will be corrected. I was also visited by the post office this morning stating nobody at all is allowed to change locks or mess with mailboxes unless it is the USPS themselves. They took down the company name and the technician name for damages done to their property. The only way to make this right is to refund fully my $770.04 Since I didn’t receive any of the services I purchased. Stay away from this locksmith. If KeyMe makes this right I will revisit and edit this review. Until then I would recommend staying away from them and their kiosks.

  Key didn’t work but don’t like leaving bad reviews unless experience is horrible.BUT It’s just a key.

  This is a scam! I scheduled from their online site to come to my home. The order “disappeared”. I called the phone number on their website. They scheduled another person who showed up an hour late from the new time, but he did get a working key (for $300+!!!). The next day, I got a call saying I missed the appointment. ????? They insist I’m in the wrong and they never had a new appointment. They say I should have called them. I did. They say I should be more careful. HOW??????? It was THEIR WEBSITE!!! Here I am 2 weeks later and the key buttons don’t work. The phone number for the main company doesn’t go through. Next time I’ll pay more to go to the car dealership. At least then I might at least have valid workmanship!
