Every time we go to buy wood, the staff seems disinterested and lazy. My husband and I bought about 50 pieces of wood and waited patiently for the lady to attend us at the pro checkout. After 10 minutes, she finally approached us and ask us that why we were waiting if the light was out, even though she was standing there. This was incredibly poor customer service. We don’t expect to have to do self-checkout ourselves, and this experience was far from pleasant.

Which sucks because it’s the only one on the south end of the valley! The management team in the evenings chose to hang up on me after waiting almost 45 minutes to talk to them, After waiting 10 days, for them to correct an order, and was told that they were getting something out to me and it was be fixed. I am so disappointed in their customer service management!! so disappointed!!!. I’ve called their national officers now and launches a complaint and it is was worth waiting forever to speak to them. God for bid they just do exactly what I was told they would do!!! I’m so tired of being on hold at Lowe’s.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
