The storage units are very clean and it was a good experience getting it set up. We had an issue with finding the welcome packet with the lock. So we called and someone brought over the welcome pack within fifteen minutes of us calling. So very good service. The price is also great for what you get.
- PGPeter GammoMar 25, 20261.0Consider using a different storage company. The first time we signed up with Extra Space, they offered us a 10x10 in the $60 range, give or take. We moved our stuff in, and a couple of months later, they nearly doubled our monthly rate. So we cancelled. Flash forward to a couple of years later, we recently signed up for another 10x10, which we began paying $67/Month for. A couple of months later, we just received a rate increase like the first time, raising our rate to $134 (double). This is now twice this has happened in nearly the same fashion. It seems like a bait and switch to me, so I recommend any prospective customers check out other options. The funny thing about all of it is that after we received our rate increase to $134, I checked their pricing online just to compare, and all of their rates for a 10x10 are less than what they increased our rate to (picture attached). We're now going to have to move our stuff out yet again due to this same tactic.
