    We had to replace our 16 year old furnace. Greg came out to get us pricing in the morning, and he was actually able to get Jayden out to install it the same day, so we didn't have to spend the night with no heat. Greg also got us some pretty good discounts on the unit itself, and set us up with 12 months no interest financing, which is a huge help.

    We had our sensor light come on with our water heater and called triple T and José Lopez came out to service our water heater and he was absolutely awesome. He was very thorough explained to us everything that was happening. I appreciated that he was very upfront, an honest with us about what did needed to get done and what did not need to get done. Will continue to use triple T for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs in the future!

    The birthday party was saved! We had a main sewer line failure and we couldn't use the toilets, sinks, or anything else that had to drain which meant we might have to cancel our important family gathering. We called Triple-T in a panic and they were able to get help out to us quickly. JT and Matt showed up with a calm, professional, helpful demeanor. They went to work on diagnosing the problem. We had a million questions (as they were working) and they patiently answered every one of them. They were very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that we could understand. They worked together well troubleshooting and using all the specialized equipment they had. Chris, their manager also came out due to the seriousness of our issue and he was kind, informative, and very helpful as well. The city sent out their on call specialist and the triple-T team stayed until he arrived so they could help communicate the problem. Although we have to replace the main line and that will be a bigger project in the near future Matt and JT wouldn't leave that night until they felt confident we could use our drains again. The party went on as scheduled and I've never been so happy to point my guests to the bathroom and let them know we have flushing toilets if they happen to need one;) We can't say thank you enough!

    Our service man was James Albertson. What a joy and pleasure he was to be in our home. James knew immediately what was wrong with our Thermostat and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. Then he explained the problem and showed us what to do if it happens again. The best thing about James was his manners, his kindness, and his graciousness. He is a young man that is very smart in his field and who is eager to excel in all that he does. James is a real wonderful asset to the Triple T Company Team.

    Recently contacted this company to flush two tankless water heaters at two different homes, and it turned into the worst plumbing experience I have ever had. When scheduling, I specifically requested an experienced plumber and was told someone with 30 years of experience would be sent. I also clearly stated that I needed a chemical flush, not vinegar, because of our extremely hard water. I asked for the price upfront and was quoted $200 For each flush. When the plumber arrived, that quote doubled. He told me the flush would actually cost $400 each and that he did not even have the necessary chemical on his truck because they always use vinegar. I reminded him that I had explicitly requested a chemical flush, and he said the quote I received was simply wrong. I also had a micro leak on the hot-side supply line going into the tankless unit. Instead of diagnosing it properly, he told me both supply lines needed to be replaced and wanted to charge me over $300 to do so. In reality, all that was needed was to inspect the threads and reseal the fitting. He also incorrectly told me that the previous plumber installed the fittings wrong, claiming I had a swivel-nut connection with a gasket that should not use tape or pipe dope. After doing my own research, I found out this was totally inaccurate. I do not have a swivel-nut fitting. I have an NPT threaded fitting, which actually requires tape and pipe dope to seal correctly. Had I approved the work he pushed for, I could have ended up with serious problems. I asked him to speak to his manager about the price discrepancy. He went out to his van, said he would call, and stayed out there for around 25 minutes. At one point, I offered to drive into town myself to get the proper chemical for the flush, but he brushed me off. He said he would come back inside in a couple of minutes. He never came back. He left without doing any work, without saying anything, and he did not answer his phone when I tried to call afterward. I was completely ghosted. This was an incredibly unprofessional and concerning experience. Between the price doubling, the misinformation, the push to replace parts that did not need replacing, and then disappearing altogether, I would strongly warn others to avoid this company.
