    James was our technician, and he was incredible. Not only was he so friendly and personable; but knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it instantly!!!! We are so beyond grateful for him and his quick work to get our heat up and running again. We will 100% be using Triple T again! Thank you, James!!

    James came and performed our fall/winter service for our Furnaces. He took his time and explained his work scope, as well as some of his findings that we should keep an eye on. Previously, another tech had come to service and pointed out gapping in our duct work that should be filled - we had asked the original tech to handle this while he was here but he left anyway. James took care of this while he was on site and made us feel like he cared about our satisfaction. I also appreciate how they wear shoe booties and ensure they are not dirtying the hours. James' professionalism was greatly appreciated.

    Jose was amazing!!! He is efficient, transparent, and explained all options without making e feel like I needed to go with the most expensive one. He created a priority list and we went from there. Very knowledgeable. I bought their premium subscription because of him!

    We felt so taken care of and that we ended up with the best system possible. Honestly we had a number of things to fix and we knew some items were not to code. Plumbing, heating, and AC they were so knowledgeable and honestly SO fast! From realizing something was wrong on our end to estimating to installing and fixing was less than two weeks! Would highly recommend!!! Gus, Brad, and team (I totally missed the installation team names although they totally introduced themselves) were top of the line! Thank you!

    Gus came to check my Lennox furnace that Service Experts till me that I needed to replace soon and said it was all good and would likely last for several or more years. I enrolled in their yearly service plan and think it will work out fine.
