    I had a huge concrete pickup and Tony and Von loaded it for me really quick! Both were also thoroughly checking the bags to make sure they weren’t punctured. I really appreciate how awesome and helpful both of them were!

    Cole today was above and beyond! Very knowledgeable but easy to talk with and explain my needs. The answers he didnt know he quickly found out accurately and was kind and didnt make me feel like I was a bother like Home depot sometimes does. Bought several hundreds in tools on my commercial account as a result and going to pick up more tonight in SLC as this location was sold out of the mower I needed. Incredible experience! Thank you Lowes, and thank you COLE!!

    Extremely Disappointed with the Lack of Help and Attitude My wife went to return about 80 pieces of lumber today, and the experience was honestly terrible from start to finish. She had to load and unload all the lumber herself, and not a single employee offered to help — even though the store wasn’t busy at all. The first person she spoke with at the customer service desk, a younger gentleman with a cross earring, told her she needed to take everything back to the lumber department where they would count it and call him to process the return. Fair enough — but when she pushed a cart full of 80 pieces back there, the lumber staff told her to take it back to customer service instead. She did exactly that, only for customer service to insist she needed to return to lumber. She made multiple trips back and forth between departments with a full cart of wood because no one could be bothered to communicate or assist her. The entire time, the employees were dismissive and acted like helping her was a burden. My wife is more than capable of handling herself, but the lack of basic courtesy and teamwork from multiple employees was disappointing and unprofessional. It’s not about the return process — it’s about how your staff treats customers.
