My problem is with Extra Space and their pricing. I purchased a 10x10’ online for $64 a month before Extra Space purchase the facility. 5 months later I got a post card stating my new fee for the same 10x10 would be $114! This is a crazy amount and above local market for what you get. I moved out and by the looks of it many others are as well
