- BBbringlexaFeb 10, 20261.0Increased my rent to be double only 3 months into having the unit when I went to prepay to keep the lower rate (which they had already increased. Starting Rate $52. Increase $65 without a written letter or letting us know. And now $106 after I went to talk in person to prepay - They sent us a letter in the mail 2 days before rent is due). Onsite manager says they don't do prepay, but the website clearly states they do and customer service confirmed that. Don't move in and find a different place to avoid the headache! Funny thing is that the day we were supposed to move in, they accidently had someone else move into our unit. We were delayed a day and still paid for that day to start our rental.
