Having good customer service and easy going sales people is worth their weight in Gold!

This is REALLY bad for business. You should have given me the 20% off. I would have bought more than 1 shirt.

We recently purchased a couch from this location before a move out of state. Downeast made a mistake in our order, but we didn’t notice until we unpacked. They admitted it was their fault but told us the only option is to return our couch in exchange for the missing part. I understand the complications of shipping out of state, but as a CX consultant, I was disappointed in the lack of empathy or eagerness to solve the problem. The manager basically shrugged her shoulders, said she would get back to us. Never did. This is not a great customer experience. Otherwise, the employees are very pleasant!
