The store manager is super friendly and the facility is very clean. Well, they just increased my payment to $165/mo without notice or reason. After 3 months, once someone is settled in, they increase the rate knowing it's very inconvenient to move things to another storage unit. Very sad. I wanted to stay but this bait and switch ruined the whole experience for me. I'll be moving out next month.
