I chose this facility because of the immediate professional demeanor and attitude of the manager, Nicole's. Through the years she has been attentive, kind and very service supportive as I have had to change debit/credit cards through the years., I wish you offered bank ACH payments During the last few years this location has now gone through ownership changes 2 times... that's 3 owners in 8 years! My concern besides the 60% increase in the monthly storage fee and really nothing new provide to me as a unit renter, has been the total lack of communication other than "effective next month your fee is now $$." This has all occurred in the last 3 years and no improvements to justify said unit increases! I have stayed because of the current managers...the recent increase from $135 to $156, without again an explanation, thats 2 increases since the present owners took over! Though cost of services and business has gone up... loyalty should also be recognized and acknowledged. There are multiple new storage facilities in Lehi due to population growth... I continue with you because of Nicolette your facility manager... my original rental fee of $95 for a 10×10 space is now $156. Other than replacing the front gate and extending hours... what additional value are you guys now offering? Customer since 2018. Noah
- CBChris ButlerMar 19, 20261.0I am sure this is a nice facility with wonderful people. But getting past the generic phone number to talk to the store manger is insane. I have been trying for hours. I just need to down size units. And move out of one facility to another. And the online reservation is not working properly. And every time I call the system wants me to talk to the current facility. Now I feel I need to find another storage facility. Not an Extra space.
