The reason for the low rating is that when I signed up they told me it would be a flat $80 monthly fee and then out of no where they suddenly changed my rate to $140 stating that the $80 rate was the start up rate. Frustrating because when I called and was getting everything setup no one mentioned this to me at all. Very much felt like a bait and switch situation and seemed very much like a scam to me.
