    Just want to give a huge shout out to Scott working your Customer Service desk! I found myself in your store both tonight 3/07/26, and last night 3/06/26. I was impressed by Scott’s professionalism, sense of humor, and awesome customer service! He went above and beyond to help me load up my truck with bags of garden soil. His pleasant attitude, and work ethic is hard to find these days, so I hope y’all know what a gem you have in him! Lowes continues to impress me with the outstanding employees, they hire, I may need to find out their secret vetting process! Thanks all!

    Don't do a pickup order....they claim they quality check but that is a lie. If you decide to try them, check your order by doing your own quality check so you dont have to get stuck correcting their error. Called and they do not care at all!

    We came in tonight to buy windows. Darren was off duty but saw us needing help so stopped and spent half hour helping us. We bought four windows and he even helped us load the truck. We walked by 3 other employees who didn't offer to help. Kudos to Darren for going out of his way to provide excellent customer service!! Five stars for Darren!

    Excellent service: the staff was very friendly. Mr. John provided excellent service, and the cashier, Juana, along with the supervisor on duty, Michele, were very helpful to the customers.

    From the very start, the communication throughout our carpet installation process was terrible. Every single phone call required us to re-explain the entire situation as if no one had documented anything. There was zero continuity between representatives, no accountability, and no sense that anyone actually knew what was going on. It was beyond frustrating and a complete waste of our time. What made it even worse was the excessive delay in telling us that the installer could not properly hide the seam. This should have been identified and clearly communicated much earlier. Instead, we were left waiting with no real updates, only to eventually be told that a different carpet would be required because the seam couldn’t be concealed. That kind of oversight shows a serious lack of coordination and competence. This entire experience felt disorganized, poorly managed, and handled with little regard for the customer’s time or expectations. For a major home improvement company, this level of service is unacceptable. Because of how this was handled from beginning to end, we will not be doing business with Lowe’s again.
