I went to pick up a tool and they figured out the inventory was wrong. The employee checked other nearby stores and found the item I needed. He then called to verify that the item was at the store he was sending me too and I was able to get what I needed.

I have difficulty remembering how to do things. I went to Lowe’s today. Ask for help making keys. Leticia was right there for me. The only unfortunate thing was that she had not done it before the gentleman she originally asked for help was unhelpful then Jenny came and made sure the job was done right Jenny also made sure that Leticia knew how to do it next time. I would ask that your employees be taught when they are speaking over their communication devices to be aware that customers are listening. Leticia did not deserve the answer. She got from whoever that gentleman was.
