Last summer he communicated with us about a problem we had while he was on vacation in Colorado. He knows his stuff and helps us manage the costs of operating and maintaining the pool. No one ever returned my call, so I ended up scheduling with one of their competitors, who provided excellent same-day service. Over a week or so later, I got a surprise call from one of Aquatic’s technicians saying he was on his way to my house. I told him the issue had already been fixed and there was no need to come to my house. So he did not come to my house. Then, unbelievably, they charged my credit card without my authorization for service they never provided. When I called to discuss it, their service manager, Alli, was argumentative, rude, and completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you expect timely communication, honesty, or basic customer respect.
