Unfortunately, the customer service on the sales floor is consistently lacking. While the cashiers are usually friendly, many employees seem inconvenienced by basic questions and are unwilling to help customers find items or even point them in the right direction. What should be a quick stop often turns into a long visit simply because help is hard to find. Great products, disappointing customer service. With more attentive and helpful staff, this would easily be a five-star store.
