He guided me through what the process would look like, happily gave me all the info I needed, and didn’t make me feel like a burden at all when I had a whole list of questions for him. I asked if the rates would ever change and he did advise me that yeah, unfortunately they would probably go up in a few months but I understand That’s something out of his hands as the manager. Ultimately I decided to not Use them just because I don’t know what my finances will look like in a few months and whether or not I’ll be able to afford additional rate increases, but I still wanted to leave this review to say how blown away I was by the customer service experience with Andrew and how kind and helpful he was. Definitely recommend this place and make sure you ask for him on the phone specifically.
