Being said that I do like to add and suggest Extra space storage is a great place to store your belongings, what they need to change is their fast changing fees I never experienced anywhere that within 1 year the prices will go higher this quickly and unpredictably, where do you see this every 3-4 months you’ll hear the fee has increased Im very disappointed on this.

- CACourtnie AngeliDec 9, 20251.0Called and canceled my storage unit weeks ago. I only stored my things there for two weeks at most, until my new home was ready to move into. I called the following day to let them know I was all moved out. Asked for a confirmation number or anything from them so I would not be charged for the following month. I was told they don’t do that, and my card would not be charged for December. Everything on there end was good to go. Well, I was charged this morning. I called to discuss this with them, and was told “they would look into it”. I asked for someone to call me back about the issue, and was told they didn't have someone to call me regarding this issue. They took almost $200 out of my checking account! So, someone looks into this and will hopefully get my money back to me? I am extremely frustrated, due to being a single mom, and having my grocery money ripped out of my account after being told it was canceled! I would not trust to put my card on file with them, or use this company again! Now, I will be going to the bank to get this disputed and hopefully get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
