My response on the phone was “no that isn’t promotional and it is rare that the manager increases the price on units.” Blatant lie. 3 months later I was sent a notice that my storage unit rent would DOUBLE due to my “promotional rate expiring”. It’s absolutely ridiculous, especially when I called ahead skeptical about the price to begin with and I was told a lie. I would recommend renting down the street at Alta storage. They are a local business, and don’t double the price on you.
