  Oscar and Daniel on Allegro's team are precision craftsmen when it comes to the geometry and physics of moving large/heavy objects in tight spaces. These two had measurements down to the millimeter - and made the near impossible happen. Of course this is Utah and everyone has stairs. Oscar and Daniel can probably run laps around their counterparts in areas of the country where single story (no basement) dwellings are more common. Gentlemen, thank you for the great service!

  Ordered a bed and had it delivered. The delivery and set up was great. They were quick and thorough and made sure to be careful moving pieces of the bedroom set in and Around items in our home. The guys were very friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend.

  A frustrating process, started in Draper with a sales person who did not seem to be very knowledgeable on the products. Went to the Salt Lake location, knowledgeable sales person who after making a selection was more interested selling extended warranty or insurance as he called it, we almost left. Delivery was great!

  Had a great experience with my purchase at RC Willey. Hutch at the South Salt Lake location was the sales associate that helped with the purchase of a new mattress Hutch is very honest and trustworthy. Hutch did not try to sell me the most expensive mattress on the floor, Hutch helped me decide on a very good Mattress for my needs. In today's world, I appreciate honesty, Hutch was available after the purchase to answer questions and to make sure I got the headboard brackets to attach the headboard. I would highly recommend Hutch as the sales associate if you need a new mattress. Associates like Hutch are the kind of employees that keep a customer coming back and make a business successful. The delivery was exceptional. Dan,Santiago, and Steven the Allegco team were above and beyond. Extremely respectful of your property. I was very impressed with this delivery team. They were very helpful in the set up of the delivery answering questions and taking out all of the old debris. Dan, Santiago, and Steven are by far the best delivery crew I have ever encountered very good communication of what you needed done.They made the purchase go extremely smooth. It would be nice if every delivery was this smooth without damage. Thank you for a exceptional job. The delivery team plays a very big part in a customer's satisfaction and continued business.

  Do NOT shop at RC Willey. Seriously, no matter what deal you think you’re getting, go somewhere else. I bought a mattress that was supposed to cost around $2,000. Because of their ridiculous financing terms, I ended up paying almost $4,000 for it. Their policy is that if you are even one single day late on a payment, they retroactively apply all the interest to the entire purchase. That is an extremely predatory policy that was never clearly explained when I bought the mattress. When I tried to get help, the experience somehow got even worse. I spoke with someone in the finance department who told me they would call me back about the issue. They never did. When I called back to follow up and tried to speak to someone else, I was connected with a woman named Sue, who was unbelievably rude and dismissive. I even explained that I had been hospitalized for a medical issue, which is what caused me to fall behind on my payment in the first place. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of understanding or compassion, she had absolutely no sympathy and was incredibly condescending the entire time. So not only does this company have predatory financing practices, but their customer service is also shockingly terrible when you try to get help. The fact that they are willing to double the cost of a mattress over late payments and then treat customers like they’re an inconvenience when they ask for help is honestly disgusting. Please save yourself the stress and the money and do not shop at RC Willey under any circumstances. There are plenty of other places to buy furniture that won’t trap you in awful financing terms and then treat you horribly when you try to resolve an issue. I am a business owner and would never think of treating people like this. My family has been very loyal customers of Rc Willey for over 20 years and after this none of us will ever be back. I will be telling everyone I know to stay far away from RC Willey!
