Today the elevators weren’t working and there Was no way to get to the third floor by Using the stairs. Each time I come in there, there’s never carts available to take my items up to the third floor. Every time I call the office, there’s never anybody available to take my call. This will be the last time I store my items at this storage. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I just now went to talk about a raise in the unit rent for my storage and let them know that I wouldn’t be able to pay the raise and they said that they would put in a request and they definitely helped me out and now I probably won’t have to pay that rent raise and I’ll still have the lower rent, which is why we have stuck with extra space storage for so long. So I definitely appreciate the quick help and the attention to detail when answering my questions and my concern concerns.
