- RLRich LucyJul 21, 20251.01) Didn't show for first appt for estimate 2) Late for estimate and late to start job 3) For hole in shower grout - Didn't use any grout in the shower and didn't match color 4) Job took longer than expected and asked for more money 5) For clean and seal - Bought my own tile sealer/sponge and went over a lot of places myself that needed it. 6) Cash or Check only....not a fun surprise at 11pm when you haven't written a check in 15 years and don't even have a checkbook...probably tell me that up front. 7) 2 months later and there is a hole in the grout in the shower... Nice guy and hard worker, I was planning on paying a little extra for the extra time it took but it should be up to me, on your side honor your bid. And now two months later and I have to find someone else to do the same job again. Expensive lesson to learn.
