One time, when I had a hard day at work, I went to RH just to sit in peace. I find it as calming as a spa wait room. The employees have always been respectful and helpful as well. Bonus-- apparently, people can even buy the gorgeous furniture. ;)

- DLDavid LeisureMar 3, 20161.0I agree about the delivery and the quality issues. But they will make good on defective merchandise. It just takes forever. Same with Pottery Barn because they are the same company. It's too bad that everything is made so cheaply. Along with a sofa and a arm chair, we ordered six dinning room table chairs. Two had to be returned and replaced, which took a month, and today we saw scratches from the legs of the chairs on our hardwood floors. China uses cheap "nail in" plastic caps. So cheap that the plastic wore off in only 4 months and the nail heads came through and scratched up our hickory floors really badly. I replaced everyone of then with felt but now I'm looking for something I can do about the scratches. Looks like a five year old child let loose with a crayon on a wall. Next time I buy furniture I'm saving until I can buy substance.
