  Our sales guy Mick Martin was easy to talk with. He had lived in Rock Springs so it felt “ friendlier “ not pushy. He let us ask many questions and with all the mix up of who was paying, how many were being bought, and just exactly what we were buying he was a very accommodating salesman. When we return to get a stove and refrigerator we hope he is working so we can work with him again!

  They were supposed to deliver and install our appliances. They delivered them and the delivery guy told us he didn’t install but that someone else would show up to install them. When we called RC Willey to check on installation they said the delivery guy told them he couldn’t install because the wiring wasn’t completed, which was a complete lie. NOT HAPPY, very poor service.

  We purchased a TV and TV console from RCW. The experience was wonderful. Our salesman, Ken, was knowledgeable and answered all questions. Our delivery and installation team, Jonathon and Jeff, was exceptional in its expertise and helpfulness. It is important to us that the service and follow through are top notch… our purchase was easy and we are loving our new LG OLED 65” beautiful picture. Very glad we purchased at RC Willey.

  I love my new sectional. Our store associate Doug was easy to work with and helped us pick the couch I was looking for. The delivery was timely, and as soon as the couch was in stock Doug reached out and I was able to get my couch early. The install was fast and the delivery team took care to make sure my furniture and walls were left undamaged. Im happy with the service I received after having terrible experiences with other stores for months. The only criticism I have is that during the delivery, a few comments were made about how it was going to be “too big” and “take up too much space”, making it seem like I didn’t know/understand what moving it would be like or how well it would fit. Until my fiancé came home to check on how things were going and the tune changed to “it will be tight but it’ll work!”. Before I purchased, I measured out my living area and was actually looking for a big couch to give the area a more cozy feel, but I didn’t appreciate being made out to feel like I had to explain my purchase to the delivery team.

  I let the salesman know what I was looking for. I let him know what I was thinking about after doing my own research he let me know that it was an excellent choice. He also let me know that there were a couple of other options, but the one I chose was as good as they get for my application. Three hours later, I was picking it up and on my way home. I was only at the distribution center about 20 minutes overall. I would give the whole experience, five stars and an add a boy
