    TLDR; low quality furniture that arrived broken, took 6 months to get a replacement. On 7/14/2025 I ordered a bed frame and 2 nightstands. Today, 1/10/2026, they finally delivered my second nightstand. Let’s start with the bed frame. They delivered and assembled it, and one of the drawers had a crack in the bottom because the furniture is made from low quality materials. When they delivered it, the delivery people took a picture and said that they would report it. I then called about it after a few days, and of course no one there knew about it. Whatever, we schedule for a service person to come out. They give me a two hour time frame that I have to be home for which started at 7:30 am, so I had to be up quite early. The delivery person finally comes, takes a picture, and says he will go order the part. I woke up super early and sat around just for them to come take a picture, when they already had a picture and I could have just told them what part it was. They then told me that it was going to take months to be fixed, and I had to visit the store in person for them to decide to give me the part from another drawer they had in the store. And again, the quality is terrible so the drawers sit kind of crooked despite the salespeople lying to your face in the store about how that won’t happen. Moving on to the nightstands, delivery got pushed back so many times that it’s laughable. Let’s see if I remember the timeline right because it has been so many months. First, they pushed back the delivery date for reasons that I cannot remember. Then, I sat around for 2 hours waiting on that new date just to call them when no one showed up. “Oh, the delivery date got moved. No one told you?” Then, I never got a text telling me that they were coming the next date until like 15 minutes before they came so I missed the delivery. Then, on the fourth attempt, I finally get my nightstands delivered. But oh wait- one of them is damaged and the chord on it is cut! It’s only been several weeks of me trying to get these nightstands delivered at this point! I call RC Willey again, and they say it will be delivered next week. The lady on the phone walks away and comes back, and then says it is actually on back order and going to take until mid October to get a new nightstand in. In person they showed me that this is a popular set that tons of people buy, but they don’t have any in stock for months? Seems like a terribly run business, but what can I do. Months pass, and I call again. Now they are telling me that it’s going to take until the first week of December. I call again in December, now they are saying it’s not going to come until the start of January. This is when I finally get my nightstand. After a short 6 months… half a year. Forget how painful scheduling with them can be, the quality of their furniture is junk. The salesperson told me the reason for taking 6 months to get a new nightstand is because they’re shipping the furniture from overseas. I paid $1,251.77 for the set, and 2/3 pieces came partially broken. I will also attach some pictures of the furniture that is poorly assembled. I will not be buying anything else from this company in the future and have made sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it.

    On time, knowledgeable and efficient. My laundry area requires removing the washer before you can get the dryer in and then moving the washer back in. They were so helpful. They were especially careful with the gas hookup and running a cycle to make sure it works. I was disappointed that RC Willey pays by the piece delivered and not hourly. These hardworking men don’t know what each job will require and yet still did a perfect job. I hope that RC Willey will consider these issues in compensating their employees. They did not tell me this-I knew from another source.

    The price of the GE washing machine, scratch and dent was very pleasing/ $500 when I asked if it had been used the answer was no; however I beg to differ! A clear gel-like silicone-like jail was inside the drum of the washing machine and underneath the wrapping on the right side when facing the washing machine. They'll do not know what the reason for that silicone gel is. When we plugged it in nothing worked it wouldn't turn on... a light on the inside of the washing machine did turn on and off about every 5 seconds until I unplugged it 3 hours later we picked it up December 31st 2025/today is January 6th 2026

    Due to another furniture store that we ordered an Entertainment center, not having it. When we post the pick it up, we went to RC. Willies and looked at this entertainment, they had it at their warehouse. Picked it up, and we're sole happy with the Entertainment center in the salesman. When we walked in, asked us, what was looking for we explain what we was looking for and he showed us war to go and look at Em. He was probably about 15 to 20 feet behind us. I've never pushed anything. There's kind of listen to us and you scanned each one of the ones we were interested in. They made sure it was in stock. I wanna thank the salesman for what he had done

    My salesman was very knowledgeable about the washer/dryer products RC Willey had and helped me buy ones that could fit in my space (limited depth). I was reluctant to let go of my 34 year old Maytag brand, but it was time. I look forward to using my Speed Queens. I was concerned that they would not fit in the depth I had, but the installers got them to fit just fine after they shortened the new vent tube that came with my purchase. RC Willey was my perfect choice to get the product I needed, delivery installation and removal of my old appliances.
