We worked with Peter, and he was awesome and so easy to work with. He didn’t hound us, and only answered our questions when we asked. He was VERY knowledgeable about the furniture, and bed, that we ended up purchasing. The delivery guys were so nice and helpful, and were on time and very efficient. We have purchased with RC Willey before, and will do it again in the future.

I love RC Willey. We love to go and look at all the new furnishings. Our experience is always very positive and they have wonderful customer service with no pressure. They are very professional and I love how our sales rep was knowledgeable of everything in the store. He waa also very accommodating and patient. We bought a loveseat and the delivery men were very pleasant and very professional. We
look forward to buying more this year and yes customer service at the Salt Lake city store was key in our wanting to purchase again with them.

RC Willey sales associates are very knowledgeable and NOT pushy to make a sale. I have used several over the last couple of years and they are all patient. Even purchasing Online on their website is a pleasant experience. Their price matching option makes you know you are getting the most competitive price. They also handle all warranty protection plans, including manufacture warranty plans. Very convenient with one point of contact.
I highly recommend this store/company, but know that the stores are closed every Sunday.

Let me start by saying we have shopped at RC Willey for years and the one star is not for the salespeople we have worked with. They have been great.
We bought a new refrigerator a few months back. When it was delivered, the delivery person was in a hurry and when he brought the fridge into the house, instead of using the dolly the proper way-tilting it back on its wheels-he just pushed it across our wood floor and scratched and gouged it. He realized what he had done, apologized, took photos, and told us that RC Willey would cover the expense of fixing the floor. Fast forward to today, where they have given us a settlement offer based on their insurance company's computer program telling them how much it should cost to fix it. In the meantime, we got a bid from a real-live reputable floor installer and it is almost twice as much as what they are offering. (Side-note: RC Willey originally asked a general contractor they work with to send someone to give them a bid to fix our floor. He sent a subcontractor to look at the job and that is who we called for the bid, since he was already asked to bid the job.)
So now, due to their delivery person's negligence, we are stuck with damaged floors and a settlement offer that, as far as what we can see, isn't going to cover the cost of replacing our floor. RC Willey is great at taking your money and claiming they care about their customers, but when it comes down to it, they only care about their money and not about fixing their mistakes.
We will never shop at RC Willey again, but I'm sure they don't really care if we do.
TLDR; low quality furniture that arrived broken, took 6 months to get a replacement.
On 7/14/2025 I ordered a bed frame and 2 nightstands. Today, 1/10/2026, they finally delivered my second nightstand.
Let’s start with the bed frame. They delivered and assembled it, and one of the drawers had a crack in the bottom because the furniture is made from low quality materials. When they delivered it, the delivery people took a picture and said that they would report it. I then called about it after a few days, and of course no one there knew about it. Whatever, we schedule for a service person to come out. They give me a two hour time frame that I have to be home for which started at 7:30 am, so I had to be up quite early. The delivery person finally comes, takes a picture, and says he will go order the part. I woke up super early and sat around just for them to come take a picture, when they already had a picture and I could have just told them what part it was. They then told me that it was going to take months to be fixed, and I had to visit the store in person for them to decide to give me the part from another drawer they had in the store. And again, the quality is terrible so the drawers sit kind of crooked despite the salespeople lying to your face in the store about how that won’t happen.
Moving on to the nightstands, delivery got pushed back so many times that it’s laughable. Let’s see if I remember the timeline right because it has been so many months. First, they pushed back the delivery date for reasons that I cannot remember. Then, I sat around for 2 hours waiting on that new date just to call them when no one showed up. “Oh, the delivery date got moved. No one told you?” Then, I never got a text telling me that they were coming the next date until like 15 minutes before they came so I missed the delivery. Then, on the fourth attempt, I finally get my nightstands delivered. But oh wait- one of them is damaged and the chord on it is cut! It’s only been several weeks of me trying to get these nightstands delivered at this point! I call RC Willey again, and they say it will be delivered next week. The lady on the phone walks away and comes back, and then says it is actually on back order and going to take until mid October to get a new nightstand in. In person they showed me that this is a popular set that tons of people buy, but they don’t have any in stock for months? Seems like a terribly run business, but what can I do. Months pass, and I call again. Now they are telling me that it’s going to take until the first week of December. I call again in December, now they are saying it’s not going to come until the start of January. This is when I finally get my nightstand. After a short 6 months… half a year.
Forget how painful scheduling with them can be, the quality of their furniture is junk. The salesperson told me the reason for taking 6 months to get a new nightstand is because they’re shipping the furniture from overseas. I paid $1,251.77 for the set, and 2/3 pieces came partially broken. I will also attach some pictures of the furniture that is poorly assembled. I will not be buying anything else from this company in the future and have made sure to tell everyone I know to avoid it.
