    Wow. We bought a ProForm Carbon TLX at RCWILLEY and the delivery process was great. The technicians that delivered and set up the equipment were extremely professional and very helpful. They were knowledgeable about the ProForm products and practices and gave us real time information on how to get the best out of our treadmill. They were very efficient and easy to work with. Definitely would do this again. Thank you to our technicians and to RCWILLEY for a very positive experience.

    Was promised my order would be delivered on 11/11 and the day before it was to arrive was called and told it was on back order. The recliners weren’t available but the corner wedge and console were. I asked WTH am I suppose to do with that. I declined the delivery for those 2 items until the entire sectional was in. Nobody had called or emailed about my order that is “supposed” to be delivered in December. So who knows if it will be!!

    RC Willey gets it done. Our washer broke. Sad. Like all good millennials I asked chatGPT what washer I should buy and came up with a lovely GE model (no hate, I’m not here for that). Anyway, hubs and I went to a certain large box store that may or may not have a yellow tag as a logo and bought a floor model that was physically in the store. We asked to have it delivered and installed because we don’t mess with that. No problem. Easy, right? WRONG. What ensued was a two and half week game of Where’s Washer? Long story short the unit we bought from our local store (again, that was PHYSICALLY IN THE STORE) ended up taking a multi state field trip. Exhausted and wearing the same jeans I had for the last two weeks, we called RC Willey. I kid you not, it took me 3 minutes on the phone to purchase and set delivery for a brand new GE washer. All for the same price. Two days later it arrived. In that two days, RC Willey sent me more status updates than my LinkedIn profile. I knew EXACTLY where that washer was and when it was coming. None of this 8am-8pm delivery window balderdash. At its announced time, the washer was delivered and installed faster than I could say Best Buy. Glorious. RC Willey quite literally delivered and the experience could not have been smoother. Bravo.

    Recently my daughter and I visited RC Willey's Salt Lake City location looking for a new kitchen table. While the selection was abundant, we were looking for a model that we had seen online. Unfortunately they didn't have that model on display; but the very knowledgeable and helpful J.C. assured us that is was in stock. After browsing for a while we decided to purchase a stout bookcase and the kitchen table we had initially came in for. Together it was over our allotted budget but with the help of R.C Willey financing we were able to purchase both items and even arrange to have them delivered. Delivery was on the day agreed to and within the scheduled time frame. The delivery driver was courteous and efficient but I didn't happen to catch his name or he would have gotten a shout out as well. Thanks to J.C., RC Willey financing, and the delivery driver my daughter and I now enjoy our new kitchen table and bookcase.

    I went to purchase a TV and ended up getting one off of the floor along with a sound bar. When we finally got home, we realized that the power cord was missing to the sound bar so my husband had to drive all the way back across town for an hour to get it. When we got home, he plugged it in and we were setting things up, so I started the registration process for the products and found out that the sound bar is missing speakers for the surround sound. When I called today to see about returning it as nothing on my receipt says no returns or final sale some guy from the electronics department got on the phone and was talking at me 100 miles an hour so I couldn’t even get a word in, then Arguing with me about how “missing pieces is not a means for return”. He kept changing his story saying 24 hour return then he said 48 hours, none of which is listed on my receipt and nor was I told or made aware of this policy. As far as I knew RC Willey was 30 days when I looked it up it said 15 days for clearance, which is fine as I am only at a week if that. they were purchased on October 14. this guy just kept arguing me in circles and belittling me saying that I was “so happy and excited to buy it before I knew anything was missing”. But as soon as I asked for a manager he tells me that I “just don’t like the answers he’s giving me”. I said “no, I don’t like the way you’re talking to me” and then he transferred me back to the operator instead of transferring me to the manager that I asked for. I have called four+ times since and just get voicemails or transferred again. When I get the name of this employee, I will update my review with his name, but I’m sure this is the guy from back in December that was so rude and pushy with me that I actually walked out of the store crying. so I did not purchase my entire kitchen from RC Willey that day Because of the way he treated me. I recognized his voice on the phone and I ran into him again when I made this purchase and avoid him all cost Because of his poor behavior and lack of customer service skills. I honestly cannot believe after all this time that he still has a job there. I have never had this much trouble out of this company. It’s sad to say this will probably be the last of my business If they stick it to me like I think it’s going to happen. I find it really sad how much companies these days are lacking customer service and treat people poorly and still expect them to spend money there.
