We were charged for triple the technician hours than they actually quoted us and were actually on site. Dishonest technicians and support all around. Customer support tried to tell me the technician was her longer than he actually was, so wild. Peak Alarm has gone downhill. I was going to add additional services with them, but for sure will not now. Stay Away!
