They also told me that if I had used a Lowe’s credit card, they could help, but because I did not, I was on my own. They pushed everything onto the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent it to a third party service company that cannot come for over a week and will not replace the fridge, only try to repair it. They told me that following the diagnosis of the problem, parts will likely take another two weeks to arrive. Lowe’s sold me a defective appliance and offered zero help. Extremely frustrating experience. Poor customer service.
