- MEMike EdwardsDec 21, 20255.0I'm writing a review for Legacy Pest Control because I'm impressed with their responsiveness and excellent customer service. They just came a couple of days ago, so I'll need to do a follow up review to comment on the efficacy of their service. I called them on a Thursday, because my own efforts to take care of a mouse problem had been ineffective. They answered my call, and were very friendly and helpful. They were very transparent about the service they provide and what it costs. They were not available same day, but they were able to come the next day, on Friday. They came and reviewed what we are dealing with, then they placed three of their rather large bait/poison stations: two inside the house and one outside. They said in two weeks the mice should be dead and gone. I'll update the review with how well their service works.
