- LZLi ZNov 6, 20251.0Terrible customer service - this place sold to new owners , not a single word was said hi any tenants - no emails - no calls - no nothing - and to make it even worse , I reserved a U-Haul 2 weeks ago here- showed up this morning to pick up truck , they no longer rent uhauls - again no calls no notice - my entire home packed up and ready to move and NO TRUCK !!! When you buy a business do better !

- APAnnette PlummerSep 17, 20251.0RENTERS BEWARE! I rented a storage unit online Sept 15th, then drove to the facility with my car full of stuff for storage. I completed the paperwork in the office, purchased a lock and the attendant showed me to my unit on the 4 floor. It was only then that he told me the sole elevator in the building was out-of-order and we would need to take the stairs. The elevator repairman had been called but the attendant did not know when the elevator would be working again! I waited 24 hrs, --- car still full of stuff -- elevator still not working, still no idea how long it would be out-of-order. I then asked the manager to cancel and refund my storage unit rental. When I said the unit was "inaccessible",, the manager disagreed about the term "inaccessible" but agreed that carrying furniture up 4 flights of stairs wasn't exactly feasible. Ended up renting from a competitor 2 blocks away, their unit was a bit more expensive but they have working elevators.

It’s super clean, well-built, and the temperature control inside is perfect. Huge shoutout to Mark, who was just freaking cool as can be. He made the whole process super easy and quick for us, answered all our questions, and had great energy the whole time. If you’re looking for a solid storage place with great service, this is the one!
