We're offering safe Alterations services for your convenience. During your in-store Alterations appointment, you can expect a safe environment where a mask is provided to you. Alterations employees will also be staying safe in both a mask and gloves. We'll take precautions such as increased sanitization in fitting rooms. If you had alterations being completed before our store closures and your completed garments are ready for pickup, we'll reach out to coordinate complimentary shipping of items directly to you. If safe Contactless Curbside Pickup is available at your store, you can choose to pick up completed garments via this method or have them shipped to you.

The stitching is flawless, the fit is spot-on, and the length is exactly where it should be—you can really see the skill and attention she puts into her work. She was quick but took the time to ensure everything fit the way I like, making adjustments as needed. She also provided helpful, professional advice on achieving the best fit, which was really valuable. She went above and beyond my expectations. Aside from the top-notch quality of her work, Matisse was genuinely a pleasure to work with. She’s friendly, really listens, and made sure I was comfortable with every decision. She even suggested doing one shirt first so I could test the fit before she moved on to the rest, which I really appreciated. Her extra care made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for both quality and customer care, I can’t recommend Matisse enough. She’s the best!

Overpriced, tremendously rude to me both during fitting and on the phone trying to resolve an issue. Made me wait another 15+ minutes while they ran around looking for my misplaced items that I'd come to pick up not once, but twice. Go to UWM next door instead - they were much cheaper, friendlier, and quicker when I needed other alterations.
