It will likelu take over 2 weeks to get a technician to look at your appliance due to them changing your appointment date and another 7-10 days for parts to come in if they are needed. I expect to be out of a washer for a month or more. It is very disappointing customer service that is only AI with no human representatives to talk to. The washer I have is also less then 2 years old.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
