  The store staff were very helpful. I highly recommend visiting the store to better understand the options and see the fabrics in person—there are seemingly unlimited choices given the flexibility of the furniture. The delivery process was a bit unexpected. The pieces are delivered via FedEx ground/freight, so it’s best to be home when they arrive and have a space to place all the boxes. We ordered a five-seat couch with an ottoman, which came in over 20 boxes and was delivered across two different days. This isn’t a complaint—just our experience. Assembly is a process and a chore and requires a degree of strength. My wife and I spent two evenings assembling everything once all the deliveries were received. I’m in my early 50s and still capable, but my senior parents would not have been able to manage this. Plan on several hours to unbox, organize, sort, and install the fabric—also calculate the time you realize some of the installed fabric is incorrect, so you uninstall, reorganize again, reassemble again. Then you start the couch assembly, 5, 6 pieces in, and another misstep. Then you start over, disassemble, reassemble and eventually complete the build… then, after several days of texting with support, you clearly prove that one cushion was the wrong size and a replacement is ordered and delivers quickly. NOW your couch is complete! Again, delivery and assembly are labor-intensive and physically challenging. While we wouldn’t have personally taken advantage of it, having an assembly option available at purchase would have been appreciated—and I suspect it would be essential for some customers. The couch itself? We absolutely love it!!! The frame is incredibly well made, very sturdy, secure, and comfortable. The cushions are very comfortable. We chose the Abyss Ultra Velvet fabric and were little nervous about such a bold velvet choice, but we had no reason to worry—it looks fantastic and cleans perfectly. Muddy dog prints and all. Three final notes: I wish the fabric and cushion labels more clearly indicated sizes. We did quite a bit of guessing with trial and error, especially when dealing with the incorrectly delivered cushion. You end up with a lot of cardboard from shipping. Once assembled, the couch is shockingly heavy and difficult to move or slide. My review might read a bit critical, but we really do love our couch and would order it all over again with no changes.

  Expect 2-3 months from order to delivery. Also expect to call them to follow up as they don’t have any communication telling you this.

  We purchased the Sactional in Terracotta Rained Chenille, and the experience has been frustrating. The fabric is very stiff, which made putting on the covers extremely difficult. Building just four sections took us more than six hours—not because we didn’t understand the process, but because the covers were nearly impossible to fit. The side-angled pieces were the worst, and it felt like either the covers were cut too small or the couch pieces weren’t made consistently. Removing the blue bars during assembly was also a huge challenge. I couldn’t do it at all, and my husband barely managed—it would be especially difficult for someone smaller in stature. The back cushions were inconsistent: some fluffed up nicely, while others remained flat and looked smaller even after two days. One side-angle piece was so misaligned that we couldn’t get the cover on at all. And we still are not done building the couch. We had to wait for the rest of the couch to arrive. It is very disappointing there is not an option to have the couch built for us, and 50+ huge boxes removed! Not many people have a trailer to hall away that many boxes! It should also be free considering the cost of the couch. Another major downside is the return policy. If you want to return any part of the couch—or the whole thing—you have to pay shipping on each individual box, which adds up fast. For the high price of this couch, I expected a much better experience. I would never attempt to remove and wash or change the covers again, despite the company’s claim of versatility, because the fabric is too stiff to manage. I can imagine this type of material shrinking as well! Overall, I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this fabric or the product

  Paying five times premium for a couch and having to build it and deal with 25 boxes is crazy. 7 hours to build. 2 hours to unpack 1.5 hours to break down boxes. A U-Haul van rental to get to boxes to the dump. 30 min to load box by into the recycle container. 2 days off work to manage the project that has deliveries spread out across 3 days. Worst idea ever!

  Every time I walk into any LoveSac the people are so nice and helpful. They know that most people that come in just want to sit on the LoveSac bags or sofas. So this last time I went in, just to sit in my favorite chair smoking came over me and said “buy this chair”. So I did and I am going back in and buying six more pieces.
