That is, I'm paying that rate for now, as I will be moving out immediately. The new owners *might make an adjustment down but ONLY after bumping UP the rate first. Be warned that they will raise rates every NINE MONTHS, and not by just a little. It could be up to $80 MORE per month. The lot has a crater-size hole in the asphalt that's been there for years, so it's not like the property is in good shape. **Do not recommend.
