The gate was broken the first several weeks, then I noticed that many new customers, myself included, were never told how to get out of the facility. The key pad is worn off and at a terrible angle, so I have to get out of my car anyways. Finally, I came around the corner since the layout is supposed to be conducive to not making turn around, and there was a gigantic pot hole that my sedan completely lost that battle to. Now, I got a phone call that my billing didn’t go through (oh yea, new card) oh and by the way we’re going to tack on a late fee, but I hope you have a great day! Maybe a letter that my payment didn’t go through? Facility isn’t always staffed and poor customer service.
