They told me that was totally fine and I could pay it when I got back in town the next week. When I got back, they charged me a $55 late fee. Maybe next time they should tell their customers they’re going to charge a late fee If they wait until the next week to pay it. Otherwise, I would have paid it over the phone.

My need was last minute, and that can often be frustrating, time consuming and expensive. To start, the website was very informative and easy to navigate. They had great deals on what seemed like every size unit you could need, and reserving the unit I needed was a breeze. While not 24 hours access, 6am-9pm is quite a lot of availability. They suggest heading into the office your first visit, just to finalize things and be shown to your unit. They have specific locks for the units, do be sure to ask about that. $20 or so for the ones that fit the doors here. This is where i was introduced to Ryan. Very friendly and helpful, Ryan nade the whole process brief, quick and had answers to all my questions. Walked me over to my unit, which happened to be indoors, first floor, in a clean, well kept facility. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you
