I bought a Bosch dishwasher on 01-16-26 at the Riverdale, Utah Lowe's and when we brought it home it turned out it was mislabeled and was a Kitchen Aide instead. I wanted Lowe's to pick up the Kitchen Aide and deliver the Bosch. They insisted all they can do is take $50 off the price when we bring it back ourselves and exchange it. When we brought it back it turned out the Bosch was out of stock. We bought a Maytag instead and got the $50 discount for the trouble.
I do want to thank our sales specialist Sabrina Bee who very professional and did her best to help us through this process.

Don't buy a defective product. Special 48 hour exchange period will held on to no matter the case and they will dump you on the manufacturer.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
