I am just not impressed with Lowe's or their customer service in any shape or form. I have had other problems in the past with them but have just disregarded it. This treatment that I have received twice now recently has clearly underlined what I have felt for a while. Lowe's doesn't want my business.

He helped wrap it up and cut off the bottom to make it ready to set up on arrival to our house. Jeff was helpful, friendly and professional. He is a great part of their team and the reason we drove out of our way to go to this store when there is another Lowe's and a few competitors closer to our house. Thanks Jeff! We'll be back.

I searched for brackets for a wall shelf and could not find them and help was non-existent on the floor. I was in kind of a hurry so I left without them and took home a 2X4 and a couple of twisted 2 by 2s. I'm afraid that the depot has you beat 🤔
