  I’ll admit I was a little concerned when I saw the one negative review on here, but I’m so glad I gave him a chance. He turned out to be the nicest guy ever—genuinely kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed our hot tub quickly and explained everything along the way. We’ve had other people come work on it before, but none of them compare to him. From now on, he’s the only person I’ll call for hot tub repairs. Highly recommend! My wife and I are very happy it had been broken so long.

  I couldn’t be happier with the service! He was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a big-name company scheduled to come out, but they weren’t honest with me. When he arrived, he diagnosed the problem right away, explained everything clearly, and fixed it quickly. It’s rare to find someone this honest and dependable. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future hot tub needs!

  Spent 3 minutes looking at my hot tub. Said he’d contact the manufacturer as he diagnosed it as a leaking hose. 7 weeks later, no response to multiple emails and voice messages, I contacted another company who took the time to diagnose it properly ( faulty pump) , and they are working with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. I’ll have it resolved in a few days. ( I’d give negative stars if it were an option)
