Took me off auto pay, had no updated info because “it didn’t transfer systems”, they cut off the lock, then charged me for a new one $21. This company really went downhill. Will be looking for a better place soon. Update: after calling in they apologized and told me that my lock wasn’t cut and that I wouldn’t pay for it on the bill. Got set back up with auto pay. Today received an outrageous bill saying that they were taking my storage fee of 65 a month and increasing it to 117 a month. I’ve been a customer a long time, but the lady on the phone corrected the amount and got me back down to 65. The lady I spoke to was very kind in assisting me as well.
