  Our experience was great when we went to purchase our mattress, Mike was great. Our mattress is a beauty rest, started sinking in the center after 4 month I didn’t contact them until almost 7 months. The Beauty Rest company will not help me and Snooze will not help us. We took numerous photos showing the dip and still no help. Thousands of dollars down the drain. Would not recommend. I thought about responding to your review on google but felt it inappropriate to share any details publicly of your specific issues. We're truly sorry you are experiencing this issue- we understand how frustrating that must feel, especially with such an important purchase. As discussed, your mattress should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and their policy requires a visible impression of 1.5 inches before they authorize a replacement. The measurements you submitted currently show a 1 inch impression which unfortunately falls just below their qualification threshold. While we don't control those warranty standards, we have been actively communicating with the manufacturer on your behalf. Once that mattress gets to that level the warranty should be able to be resubmitted and claim filed for replacement. Unfortunately we cannot just replace it right now because you have already utilized your comfort exchange with your previous mattresses you returned. That does not mean that we can't replace it once the warranty has been issued. I apologize if I did not make that clear. Once it does get to an inch and a half we can do that, after you have filed that warranty claim. You are welcome to reach out to us directly so we can keep working toward a resolution together.   I wanted to test a Casper mattress and snooze had them in stock. Very helpful salesperson and no pressure. Nice display of many mattresses and foundations to try. I ended up purchasing the casper dream mattress with adjustable foundation and love it!
