  Absolutely the worst company!! Do not use them!! They have called me with five different phone numbers in the last four minutes. I have told them multiple times not to call me that I do not want their service. Way too overpriced!!!!

  NO STARS IF I COULD. HORRIBLE. HARASSED AND ALMOST SCAMED I called them because my keys had gotten stuck inside my car and they were incredibly rude I repeatedly asked for a base or standard pricing and they avoided giving it to me if I didn’t give them the address I was stuck at. Once I did somebody showed up later while I was still on call with them ASKING FOR PRICING and then they hung up on me. They quoted me over $600 just for grabbing the key inside and remaking one and I told him I didn’t need a spare key. I just needed them to get the key out they said they would charge me $275 and I said that’s insane and I would not be using their services. The guy was very upset and pushy about having me pay him $80 for showing up even though I told them I wasn’t going to use them and had been asking for a price even before he was sent. When I refused to pay he got really aggressive, demanding payment for a service I didn’t use, trying to racially profiled me and taking pictures of my car, me (F) and my dad who was with me and my license plate until I called the cops and he ran away.

  I just got the worst experience, we asked how much they change and they told a price and then they end it up with a higher price , bad attitude he took pictures of my car and license plate and drive away when I told him that I'm calling the police because he started getting angry and aggressive

  Do not use them. They blindsided me by charging 2x what other smiths do. Charged me $800+ for rekeying 2 locks and replacing entirely another lock. Technician didn't tell me how much he was going to charge me and made me pay that total of $800+. More offensive is I was charged more for the repinning of the locks than replacing the locks entirely. If I'd known I would have just replaced entirely. And one door because of miscommunication ended up needing two different keys. Just the worst experience overall possible. I got scammed.
