I dealt with Lance Lopez over the phone based in Provo, Utah. I was in Virginia with plans to move to move to Salem, Utah within the month. Mr. Lopez was very knowledgable about the appliances (washer and dryer and refrigerator and TV mounts and professional installation thereof). He followed up after the installation to insure that everything had gone well. He was attentive and professional, and I am pleased to give the highest rating to him and his company, RC Willey. I shall look to him and his company whenever the need should arise.

Lifetime customer here. Bryan Howard is the man. He helped us travel through this couch saga for several months and was the most patient salesperson ever. We’ve had so many purchases with RC Willey and it’s thanks to a customer service experience like this one that keeps bringing us back for more. This sectional couch is at the heart of our brand new home and all of our continuing interior design centers around it. We love it! 5 stars!

Scheduled delivery for 4/4/26 for my gas range, microwave and dishwasher. People show up and put in the gas range and say another company will be here to do the rest. No answer on what day or time when this will happen. I should have spent the extra 200 and went to Costco because they at least do it all at once. Would have been nice if the salesman would have told us that. Just bought a house and planned to buy all new furniture and appliances. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Update: Thank you RC Willey for reaching out and doing what you could to understand my situation and concerns and help. Still a long way to upgrade your systems to be more efficient and effective, but I appreciate the effort.
The only reason they are getting any stars is because the product is decent, but the customer service is atrocious. After we purchased the sectional, we wanted to add protection and despite being told by our salesperson we had a specific time to add it, they flipped and said no and refused to help us. Then on top of that, their payment system is HORRIBLE. DO NOT FINANCE WITH RC WILLEY!!! Their system will only allow you to schedule or make payments if there is a due amount which means you can only make payments 1 time per month, there is no autopay, and if their system has an error and rejects your payment, there is no notification of failed payment, a fee is assessed, and your payment account information is deleted from the system making future payments or makeup payments difficult and tedious. It is antiquated, unintuitive, and designed to take your money. Until changes are made to how they treat their customers after a sale is made, we will not be back.

I drove from Fillmore(instead of shopping locally) because I figured I'd pay a little more but get great customer service. I purchased $6500 worth of furniture, and then decided to purchase a refrigerator after getting measurements. The sales person insured me the delivery people would move my old refrigerator to the garage to install the new one. There was absolutely nothing said to me as a customer about having to dismantle the old refrigerator, or I'd have never purchased it.
Upon arriving today there two delivery gentlemen. One man was very professional and the other not at all. The first thing he said was "we have a sectional, dining table set, and a refrigerator, where are they going"?
I showed him the locations, then he saw the refrigerator and told me(as the customer) that I would have to dismantle it if I wanted it moved out. I explained the sales person didn't mention that and that would not work.
Then he stated "the salesperson said that, not me". I told him this whole process fosters zero accountability. He then said said something like "I guarantee it's not on your receipt". I wasn't told told anything about having to dismantle it myself.
The man basically shrugged his shoulders and walked away saying I'd have to dismantle it. When he walked back in, I said I have no experience with this and would he please help me. He said we will only dismantle it if they're are taking it away, but not if your keeping the old unit. I told him that's not right, and that's not what I was promised. This is when he became belligerent and began talking over me. When I told him not to disrespect me in my home, he began yelling at me. So I yelled back and told him to cancel both orders, and get out of my house, and that I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He refused and said I can call the store, but the number he gave went to a fax or something which beeped when I called. Meanwhile, he kept carrying furniture in after I told him to cancel the orders. When I did finally reach someone at the store and was expressing what just happened, this man was standing outside on my porch yelling over me and interrupting what I was trying to tell the phone representative. The phone representative was able to get a supervisor on the phone. Again I was telling the supervisor what happened, and this delivery guy was on my front porch yelling stuff over me. The manager asked if I could take my phone to the guy so they could speak. I said yes, but I'll put it on speaker because I'm not handing this guy my phone with the way he's acted. Well, the guy heard me say that and started yelling at me and telling me to put it on speaker as I just said I would. I told him to stop several times, but he wouldn't. The supervisor heard the entire interaction. The supervisor eventually said he'd put me on hold and he called the delivery guy's phone. The supervisor came back on the line a few moments later and said the guys would do the dismantle and reassembly of the old unit, and asked if they could continue the work. I said sure, if I'm treated with respect in my own home and all I wanted is what was promised to me. No introductions or names were given by the delivery gentlemen, so I couldn't differentiate who was who. The man who put my sectional together was absolutely professional.
Here are my concerns with RC Willey and this whole situation. I am a 100% disabled veteran, medically retired from service. I can't be doing this kind of thing and lifting weight and tools overhead. Furthermore, for this man to come into my home, or anyone's home to disrespect and yell is absolutely repulsive. He was so condescending and disrespectful in the way he spoke down to me. I don't know of anyone who would tolerate this behavior. A promise was made to me, and I purchased this refrigerator based on that promise. Yes, a promise should still mean something. I could have purchased this item locally but I trusted RC Willey to be professional. The fact the delivery person wants to have a battle of egos with a sales guy is not the customer's cross to bear.
