  Rose made my experience the best. There was a mixup with the couch I was buying. But she was diligent with the sales manager and they were able to get me a different couch with a discount! Can’t really complain when you get a little money off. I would definitely use Rose again for any future purchases! She is sweet and on point. RC Willey I hope you buy her lunch or give her a review bonus after seeing this review. If it wasn’t for her I would have left that day. Black Friday is a disaster anywhere you shop and she made all the difference on my decision to stay that day. It’s rare these days to find a sales person in any industry that looks out for the customer and makes the customer the priority over their commission.   When I went in here, like 6 guys asks me if I needed any help and tried to sell me something. It’s a nice store, has this cool waterfall thing. The people here didn’t let me leisurely stroll through at all. They almost act like you have to pay to even walk around the store. Number 1, I am in a wheelchair- so I do not really need any sit down furniture. 2nd, I came in by myself, single male, it’s not as if I’m a family and need a bunch of furniture for my home. I came in again a few days ago, this older woman practically heckled me right after I came in. Rude woman. She hassles people right when they come in the door of this place. They should reduce the number of staff here and tell them how to be nicer to customers. Hope I never come in here again.

  We recently purchased a new fridge from this location, and the entire experience was fantastic. The sales associates on the floor were incredibly helpful and genuinely focused on getting us the best deal. Delivery was fast, and the team clearly knew what they were doing. We bought a very large refrigerator, so I expected getting it into place to be a challenge, especially since we had it installed in a spot that has never had a fridge before. But they handled everything with ease! They even removed our old fridge, and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. When they left, you would never have known they’d been there. Highly recommend!

  I’m sure this is not your fault but I bought a $1200 3-D printer from CREALITY K2 plus on Saturday. We connected it up and followed the instructions correctly and the item does not work. I did call the company and they have not really responded to any of my concerns about the item we purchased. Below I am sending a picture of the box when we loaded it into our car. I did not notice because I had to put it in my jeep by myself of this large crack in the box. We opened the box and examined the item and it didn’t seem to be anything wrong with it. Just the box was damaged. Seems like it might’ve been a heavy hit though. We did try to get it running and it unsuccessfully did not work.

  I purchased a Bosch Dishwasher from RC Willey last week. Dan Chamberlain helped me purchase one over the phone without even coming into the store! He took the time to check out deals and sales on inventory for me (which I asked for), and as always, he was helpful, professional, and considerate. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions, as well as scheduled the delivery and installation. When the two install guys came to my house yesterday (Randy and Chad as I recollect), they were clean, thorough, and careful. When they removed my old dishwasher, they pointed out problems and potential problems with how the old one was installed (improperly and poor workmanship), and went above and beyond what I their install job was and fixed the wiring, piping, and other issues. I was so appreciative and impressed at their professionalism and the time they took to do the job right this time. I am so pleased with how it all turned out! Thank You R.C. Willey and team!
