  Bought a mattress here 1 year ago and it broke and they won’t replace it or warranty it. Will never buy here again. I will be telling all of my friends to never buy here again. Customer service was no help at all. Our tech that came out to look at our mattress told us it would for sure be covered under warranty. This company is cheap and the warranties are a scam.

  I recently had a great experience purchasing a refrigerator from RC Willey. After checking six different stores, I found the best sale price elsewhere, but the delivery dates were much further out. When I went to RC Willey and asked about price matching, they not only matched the price—they also offered a very reasonably priced five-year warranty. In the end, I received the fridge, delivery, installation, haul-away, and the warranty for about the same price I would have paid elsewhere for just the refrigerator/installation/haul away but no warranty. And I was able to get it so much faster than I would’ve at all the other stores. I was extremely impressed with their level of service and value. I highly recommend RC Willey and the sales rep who helped me!

  We had a very positive experience of buying appliances at RC Willey this past weekend. Our sales clerk, Lance, listened attentively, helped with every question, and made the process better than I would’ve ever expected! Additionally, the selection and prices of appliances at RC Willey was a better than we had seen in person anywhere on the Wasatch front or back. I highly recommend!

  I was given a 2-4pm time frame for delivery. Delivery showed up at 6:25pm. I was not given any notice of running late. At 4 pm I called RC Willey and they just said driver was running late and had 6 more stops before us. They said they would call 30 minutes out. I got a call at 6:25 they were outside. It was raining when they showed up and they did not wear booties or do anything to help from tracking water and mud through the house. Was not pleased at all with the delivery

  It is 10:47AM February 9. I came in to buy a laptop. I saw 6 different employees on their phones starting with the employee by the front door who never greeted me in or out. As I left, I asked him if he worked here, he said yes and I left. There were three different employees on their phones in the furniture department who never looked up. There were two employees in the electronic department talking to each other. I spent some time looking at prices. They never got up to help me. I made eye contact with them and tried to get their help but they looked away from me and continued their conversation instead. They were both sitting behind the counter.
