There were also NO instructions for how to put the power reclining couch together. We figured it out eventually-but it seems that maybe a part is missing...
- JSJeff Stringer4 days ago1.0The furniture is great, but the delivery and customer service is horrible. Zero communication on delivery times, zero follow thru on delivery schedule. I wasted an entire day waiting for my deliver and it never showed up. RC Wiley offered me $100 for a full day of sitting and waiting. Obviously they don’t think my time is as valuable as their time. Even after the deliver I was receiving text saying they were on their way. You can’t make this many blunders on accident. Complete chaos on deliver team, schedulers, call center and “customer service” and then the management team just blew it off. The saving grace for this entire situation is Keri, our sales person, she jumped in and took the lead to get some type of action. This will be the last item I buy from RC Wiley. Customer service/satisfaction is based on how you are treated after the sale and RC Wiley farms out delivery and doesn’t care how you are treated once they have your money for the product. JS
