  I work in a place that has one of their fire alarms. The thing was beeping 6 or 7 times every minute for hours on end. Every single time I tried to get it resolved, that person would transfer me to another person who would transfer me and they just told me to call back later basically getting nothing done. I am not at all impressed with the company and I suggest everyone avoid it.

  GREAT People, GREAT Service and High Quality Equipment. Been working with them for close to 20 yrs and they stand by what they do.

  Couldn’t be worse plus they bill you in advance for services not rendered. I’ve asked multiple times to bill after a month of services and they do it only to have them pre-bill the next month. They bill you for example on Oct 1st for your monthly services in Nov and tell you are late and then lie to you on the phone unless you look at the specific details. An unethical organization at their core.

  Took 10 months for a 3 day job. Still having problems. Their service techs have been here like 10 times and can’t figure out how to make it work. Extremely frustrating!

  We love Mountain West Security! From installation to continued monitoring of our system, we have had such a great experience. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. We feel safe in our house knowing we are protected by Mountain West! We will definitely use them again in the future buildings!
