  Couldn’t be worse plus they bill you in advance for services not rendered. I’ve asked multiple times to bill after a month of services and they do it only to have them pre-bill the next month. They bill you for example on Oct 1st for your monthly services in Nov and tell you are late and then lie to you on the phone unless you look at the specific details. An unethical organization at their core.

  Took 10 months for a 3 day job. Still having problems. Their service techs have been here like 10 times and can’t figure out how to make it work. Extremely frustrating!

  I would not recommend using this company for security. I have their alarm system in both my home and business. It rarely works properly, we have error codes and window alarms that don't work at all and multiple technicians have been unable to get them working for more than a few days. We have had multiple false alarms, if a sticky note falls off of a counter, it triggers a motion alarm. I finally cancelled my home monitoring when the contract expired and their doorbell camera which I bought from them is proprietary so I cannot use it with any app other than their own and they want to charge me 4 times the RING going rate to subscribe to their app. Try a different company!

  Can't say enough good about this company. Super impressed with the leadership of this company. They are growing and I see why. Fantastic business model.
