I’ve asked multiple times to bill after a month of services and they do it only to have them pre-bill the next month. They bill you for example on Oct 1st for your monthly services in Nov and tell you are late and then lie to you on the phone unless you look at the specific details. An unethical organization at their core.

Before Mountain Alarm was bought by Pye-Baker, they were an alright company, now they are anything but alright. Prices have doubled and service sucks!!! What else do you need to know?!
