Unfortunately, none of the bags arrived with enough fillers, which has turned into a nightmare. I have visited the store three times seeking help, but each time there was no manager available to assist me. The staff member, Joseph, seems untrained and unsure of how to help with my issue. It feels as though my concerns are not being taken seriously. I'm returning my bags and will never buy from you again. I feel scammed because the bags in the store are nice and smooth, but the ones I ordered are terrible. It feels like I'm sitting on the floor. Nobody at the store has been able to help me either.

We went ahead and ordered but when the coverings came they didn’t look good at all. The staff at the kiosk were very nice and arranged for reorder and return of the coverings. We are now waiting with a living room full of boxes.
