Super convenient how Joe helped me & gave excellent customer service with the best first month deal!! I felt his smile right through the phone! We also met Casey on-site when we unloaded to our unit! Needed help to replace light in our unit, and he was there in a flash to take care of it & we also appreciate his great service making sure we felt welcome there! Everytime I call there Casey helps me over the phone & goes the extra mile as well to help me! They have great employees there. I remember calling a few months back on info & Tanner gave great excellent service too providing all info and ways to help me once I decide, which also made me not forget where to go to for storage space out in Utah. Love using the mobile app to conveniently open electronic gate to enter and also how easy to just scan from your phone to open your unit. This place is beyond great!
