I had my heart set on a certain type of unit that wasn't available on the day I was in. But he told me he was working on getting one ready that would suit my needs. He said I could check back with him as often as I wanted without bothering him. Two weeks later (much sooner than I expected) he let me know that he had the unit for me that I was hoping for. He's very helpful and personable.
