  If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been, without question, the worst company I have dealt with. We purchased a new‑build home that came with a security system. A few years later, the original provider stopped servicing our area and referred us to Link Interactive. While the initial setup was relatively straightforward, it was extremely expensive, as we were required to purchase entirely new equipment through them. The real issue began when I attempted to cancel the service. Link Interactive has made cancellation unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. They charge your card under different business names - mine has changed four times since I started service -which makes tracking charges difficult and feels intentional. I attempted to cancel a full year before my contract end date and was told they could not accept notice that early. I specifically asked them to ensure I would not be charged after my contract ended, especially since I was no longer using the service. I was assured it would be canceled. Despite this, charges continued. When I contacted them again to reverse the charges and cancel immediately, I was told I was now on a month‑to‑month contract and required to give 30 days’ notice - something that was never clearly communicated. This feels like a deliberately confusing and predatory business practice. Their policies and billing methods appear designed to trap customers in contracts that don’t even function properly. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  They charged me for services that wasn't working and when I called for them to help fix the issue I would get told they cant find my account. Now Im stuck having to pay for a services that didn't work per them... WOW.......

  Shyenne provided great customer service. We were replacing our alarm panel as the old one had gone bad. Our smart door locks did not transfer properly to the new panel so they had to manually be added. But when we still had problems she researched how to delete them from alarm.com and re-add them to our system. Everything is working great now.

  I requested to close my account. Waited in hold for 45 min. Was told they would email me a form to fill out and I got nothing. Now I have to call and have them send another. They also raise their fees without notifying you.
