Said he would come out on Monday, never came out . I called again to set up an appointment for our fire suppression system and to get a new fire extinguisher had an appointment set up and they never showed called and they let me know that they would not be able to make it, and they don’t know why I was never called to be informed. Told me would be almost another week till they came in when we have already been waiting more than a week to get everything Serviced. please don’t get your time wasted with this company.
- SESS EquitiesJun 10, 20241.0STAY AWAY. Our builder used AAA Fire for the sprinkler design, but they are terrible to deal with. The building is only two years old and one of the pipes is leaking. We asked them for their warranty terms and they responded "AAA doesn’t have any warranty, nor would we have any if we did the repair." I told them even with no warranty, we still need to fix it, so we asked for a quote. They sent us a $785 quote just to "look at the issue" that doesn't include any repair. When we asked them to confirm the quote, they responded: "Thank you for contacting us to perform work at your location, however, we will not be pursuing this work at this time. Please contact another contractor." We don't recommend this company in any way.

I was working at 30 feet up in the air in the ceiling and turned on the fire alarms with no warning, said nothing to me and came walking through with their earplugs. proceeded to let the alarms go for 20 minutes, so unprofessional. I would never hire this company.
