    Most of the employees are fantastic, but when it comes to their mangers it feels like roulette. As a contractor it’s difficult to work with mangers like Martin that aren’t willing to accommodate to the needs of a pro. The others are fantastic and are willing to go the extra mile. Wish they had more consistent management. I’d love to do more orders through Lowe’s but not with mangers like Martin.

    I purchased a laundry appliance set with the install package as a stackable unit and the installers installed the machines side by side. When I talked to the appliance manager they got a hold of the driver and they told him it couldn't be done because of height restrictions. I told the manager to have the installers come out and show me, but they were unable to come out that day. I asked for the stacking kit that came with the set so I could stack them myself. The machines run great and the stackable configuration looks great. Love paying for an install that I have to do myself. Solid set up 5/5 stars on the machines, 2/5 for service.

    So far I have had nothing but issues with this store! First they can not find my bosses account. Aftervan hour I finally just open my own, then me and the wife go in to look at flooring. We stand around waiting for help forever, finally found the call button, then we spent a bit of time just trying to get helped, we leave and come back the next day, finally get some help, found a carpet we liked set up a measurement to lock in sale and 18 month financing with card, a week later after we get measured we go in and pay, they did fix the sale price, but found out with my account t I am not eligible for financing, what a slap in the face before Christmas, then I have not gotten a call they said would be coming, you know for install before the holidays!! Well this review was from this call that broke me, they have to order carpet it is atleadtv2vweeks out then another week or so for install, as soon as this is done, I will cancel my account and never return to a lowes!!! So if you are getting carpet know it will be about a month.

    I recently purchased an electric stove and it was delivered today 2 December. When I purchased the stove I paid to have the new one installed and the old one hauled away but was told by the driver his truck was full. They brought in the new stove, pulled a bunch of blue tape off the front of the stove and shoved it in place and then left. I then looked closer at the stove and saw black material stuck to the top sides of the stove. I new that this was not right so I pulled the stove back out and found foam like black material that was supposed to be removed before install. I then looked in the oven and found more tape and items that needed to be removed. I previously informed the driver that somebody needed to come and haul away the old stove. I feel that this was really poor service when delivery guys don't seem to know what they are doing.
