Charlie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was great around my dog. When scheduling an appointment, I received a call on a Sunday night, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. They were understandably booked Monday but were able to come out pretty early the following Tuesday. Results of the pest control itself is TBD, but based on other reviews, I'm not worried. Customer service itself was great and I always prefer to support local businesses.
