  Wonderful service. I lost the key for my padlock on my trailer. They helped me unlock it free of charges. I highly recommend this place.

  My daughter got locked out of her apartment and was frantic with 2 small children inside the apartment and omg the payment and address information was sent like I was suppose to but we kept being told they didnt have the information till the girl heard me yelling about it and they wouldn't give us an estimate and the lady kept hanging up on us instead of answering our questions which just added more stress and emotions to the situation and then we got told the technician had quit for the night and went home then we got told the technician would call us and would be there soon, we never got the phone calls and got shitty service I will make sure and not call for help from this place again in the end my son in tremonton came to Ogden at 3 a.m with his ladder after working 12 hrs at his job to help her and my other son get into her apartment I am not happy with the service and treatment we recieved.

  My 18 year old locked herself out of her car. Called the locksmith who was there in 15-20 minutes. He used a ballon to open the car door. The whole thing took 60 seconds or less. No new key was made, no drilling, no disabling a security system, no new lock was put on. Literally zero complexity to it. Middle of the day, so not after hours. Right in the middle of the city. Total cost was $372. When I called to speak with somebody about how it could possibly be this expensive, I talked to three or four different representatives and was told repeatedly that they had no record of service ordered and they couldn’t help me. I called the technician directly 4 or 5 times to discuss and call went unanswered every time. It’s not just bad service, it’s predatory at best. Criminal if you ask me. Rest assured they are going to respond to this review and tell me that they care and that I should email them to try and resolve the issue which I will. Rest assured my attempt will fall in the same black hole with nothing being resolved.

  Worst experience with a locksmith company ever will never use again. They use freelancers and are just a dispatch company. dude charged me $300 to drill out a lock on a tool box and didn't even replace it. Never again don't use!!!!!! Update: Customer support was absolutely useless i repeat don't use this company i don't make reviews often but believe me I'm pissed on this company's overall Customer service.
